By entering, you understand that you are agreeing to these Official Rules and to provide your information to Bill’s Nursery, Inc. (the “Sponsor” or d/b/a “The Flowery”) and Cohen-Friedberg Associates, LLC (the “Administrator”) to administer the Sweepstakes. 1. Entry Period:

The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 and ends at 2:59:59 p.m. ET Sunday, July 19, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”). The Sweepstakes will randomly select five (5) prize winners (each a “Winner”) to receive one (1) prize (each a “Prize”).

1. Eligibility:

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Florida only (“Participating Market”) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority where you reside, whichever is older, at the time of entry (“Entrant” or “you”). Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, Telescope, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, (collectively the "Sweepstakes Entities"), retailers, distributors and suppliers, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and individuals living in the same households of any of the foregoing individuals, whether or not related, are ineligible to participate or win a Prize. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Void where prohibited by law. All Entrants (as defined above) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and legally binding in all respects. 1. How To Enter: You will need a free Bill’s Nursery app to participate. App may be found at the Apple® App Store.

• During the Entry Period use your Bill’s Nursery App (“app’) to be directed to the Space Cup Predict 26 Sweeps (“Game”). Create a free account with your name and valid email address.
  • Log in ahead of each Game (for five (5) Games in all) to play the latest prediction Game.

• Limit: Five (5) entries per Game. Each Game contains five (5) prediction questions, and each correct answer earns one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Maximum of twenty-five (25) entries over the Sweepstakes Entry Period per person.

Limit: One (1) Prize per person or household.

While it is free to enter, accessing the Sweepstakes via your wireless mobile device (only available via participating wireless carriers), data rates may apply for each message sent or received from your handset, or for data usage while accessing the Sweepstakes through your mobile device, according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless Internet access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. 4. Random Drawing:

WINNER SELECTIONS: There will be one (1) random drawing conducted by the Administrator on or about Monday, July 20, 2026 to award five (5) Prizes, one (1) to each Winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. If a selected Winner is unable to accept a Prize in its entirety for any reason, the selected Winner will forfeit the Prize, and the Prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.

By accepting a Prize, the Winner irrevocably grant(s) Sponsor the right and permission (except where prohibited by law) to use Winner’s name (first name, last initial, state, and Prize won), in any media throughout the world in perpetuity for purposes of advertising, online posting, promotion and publicity in connection with the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.

5. Winner Notification:

Potential winners will be notified via email. Potential winners must reply with any requested information (confirmation of Winner’s mailing address) within five (5) business days of the initial winner notification. The failure to respond to such notification or a potential winner’s noncompliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification, and at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.

Each prize winner of a prize greater than $2,000 in value will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility/publicity and liability release and W-9 tax payer request for identification, and return it properly executed, within five (5) business days of attempted notification as a condition of awarding the Prize.

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States, state of Florida without regard to conflict of laws principles, with venue in the appropriate court, and all claims must be resolved in the courts of Florida. As a strict condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree; (a) to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and the Administrator, which shall be final and legally binding in all respects; (b) to the use of their names and/or likenesses and/or biographical data by Sponsor and its designees for advertising, promotional and other purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world In perpetuity from the conclusion of the Sweepstakes at discretion of Sponsor without compensation, permission or notification (except where prohibited by law); (c) THAT RELEASED PARTIES SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS OR INJURY TO AN ENTRANT OR ANY THIRD PARTY RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone, computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, scoring errors or other problems or errors related to participation in the Sweepstakes or other errors or problems of any kind whether typographical, printing, human, mechanical, computer, electronic or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the conduct of the drawing or the results of the random drawing, the incorrect uploading of any Entry, the announcement of the Prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials or for any damage to your or any other person’s computer hardware or software as a result of participation. Released Parties are not responsible for entries that are late, lost, stolen, incomplete, inaccurate, undelivered, misdirected, garbled, or delayed by computer transmissions. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes or who are in violation of these Official Rules as solely determined by the Sponsor or Administrator will be disqualified and all associated Entries will be void. Every submission must be manually entered by the individual participant and repetitive automated electronic submission of entries is specifically disallowed. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, artificial intelligence (“ai”), or other causes which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, or if the Sweepstakes is unable to run as planned for any other reason, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof and/or terminate the participation of any participant (and void his/her Entry) whose conduct potentially compromises the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at Sponsor’s discretion, and if possible conduct a random drawing from all non-suspect entries received up to time of such action.

1. Conditions of Participation:

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone, computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, scoring errors or other problems or errors related to participation in the Sweepstakes or other errors or problems of any kind whether typographical, printing, human, mechanical, computer, electronic or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the conduct of the drawing or the results of the random drawing, the incorrect uploading of any Entry, the announcement of the Prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials or for any damage to your or any other person’s computer hardware or software as a result of participation. Released Parties are not responsible for entries that are late, lost, stolen, incomplete, inaccurate, undelivered, misdirected, garbled, or delayed by computer transmissions. 1. Conditions of Participation:
